Summer veggies Tian Tatin style : tomato, eggplant and zucchinis with balsamic reduction tart (Vegetarian)
Infused Vanilla Snapper Tartare : vanilla, coriander and lemon infused snapper tart
Mediterranean Aumoniere : prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, walnut and mozzarella filo turnover
Peking Duck rolls : marinated duck breast in a dark cherry sauce and fresh organic veggetables spring roll (GF)
Cheese Soufflé : mushroom and aged cheese oven baked soufflé (Vegetarian)

~ Mains ~
L'Epicure : marinated and slow rosated beef eye fillet with L'Epicure sauce, spring vegetables and potatoes gratin (GF)
Vol au vent : creamy shiitake mushrooms and chicken stuffing vol-au-vent served with risotto al salto
Terre & Mer : blue cod fish wrapped in pancetta, tomato sauce with pan fried gnocchi
Sweet and Mignon : Rosemary and honey mustard pork tenderloin, caramelised apples and onions with polenta finger and chopped chorizo (GF)
Carre vert : herb crusted lamb rack, zucchinni cannelloni, black garlic, roasted potatoes

~ Desserts ~
Dome Tatin : dome of brittany shortbread, Tatin style caramelised apples, caramel sauce with apple crumble ice cream
Dark Obsession : chocolate sponge cake slab covered with dark chocolate cream and glaze, tonka bean marshmallow with chocolate ice cream
Lemon Delight : lemon tart with lemon confit, lime infused sponge cake, french meringue with basil and lemon sorbet
Fraisier : vanilla infused white chocolate mousse, strawberries confit, fresh strawberries, chantilly cream with strawberry sorbet
Sunny Charlotte : pistachio mousse and dark cherries confit, roasted pistachios with dark cherries sorbet
French Touch : macaron and choux pastry religieusefilled with chocolate ganache and praline cream, caramelized and roasted hazelnuts with vanilla ice cream
New York Opera : bluberry creamy mousse Opera, lavander infused white chocolate ganache with blueberry ice cream
Tropical Baba : Lime baba with coconut whipped cream, mango and pineapple compote, passion fruit sirup with mango sorbet
