Our menus are regularly updated so the best seasonal produce is used. Francois and Pascal will tailor any menu based on dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten free and allergies.
Entrées Tian & Tatin : “Tatin” tart with caramelised tomatoes, eggplant and zucchinis, balsamic reduction. White Tartare : “tartare” of snapper fish marinated with vanilla, coriander and lemon. Aumoniere : beggar’s purse with prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, walnut, mozzarella. Peking rolls : crispy rolls filled with marinated duck breast, fresh vegetables, dark cherries sauce. Cheese Souffle : classic French mushrooms, aged cheese.
Mains L'Epicure : roasted beef eye fillet, spring vegetables and Dauphinois Gratin, Périgourdine sauce. Black & White : blue cod fish wrapped in pancetta, Arborio risotto marinated in black squid ink, Tonnato sauce. Sweet and Mignon : marinated pork tenderloin, caramelised apples and onions, polenta finger, honey and mustard dressing. Carre vert : herbs crusted lamb rack, spring vegetables and fried gnocchi, gravy sauce. Kanoun : Moroccan tajine with couscous, spices, vegetables, chicken or not.
Desserts Dome Tatin : Brittany shortbread with a dome of Tatin style caramelised apples, caramel sauce and apple crumble ice cream. Dark Obsession : bar design with chocolate sponge cake, dark chocolate cream, dark chocolate glaze, tonka bean marshmallow, chocolate ice cream. Lemon Delight : fancy tart with lemon curd and confit, lime juice infused sponge cake, French meringue, basil and lemon sorbet. Sunny Charlotte : entremet with pistachio mousse, dark cherries confit, cherry juice infused sponge cake, roasted pistachios, dark cherries sorbet. French Touch : French macaron and choux pastry with milk chocolate ganache, pure hazelnut praline cream filling, caramelised and roasted hazelnuts, vanilla ice cream.
