Traditionally from East of France and the mountains of Jura and the Alps bordering Switzerland, this dish consists of scraping (French "racler") your grilled Raclette cheese onto a variety of different sides and cured and cooked meats. It is a highly entertaining dinner experience and surely a winter favourite! Who doesn't like the smell and flavour of melted cheese???
